Our practice is largely devoted to all matters related to the workplace, including employment law, discrimination, labor relations, benefits law, employment and severance agreements, and when required, litigating such disputes.

We also have an active practice in business and commercial litigation, from trials through appeals.

In addition, we provide part-time “general counsel” services to a small number of commercial or business clients — becoming part of the management team and working as part of the team to address challenges and utilize strategic opportunities with practical advice that comes from over 40 years of professional experience. These services are designed to fill the gap for those forward-looking businesses which do not have the volume of work to require a full-time in-house general counsel, but which need and want access to top-notch, cost-effective legal counsel on an as-needed basis.

Our clients include multi-million dollar companies, smaller businesses, not-for-profits, and individuals. We are certified by the City and State of New York as a minority/women-owned enterprise (“M/WBE certified”).

We strive to explore all opportunities to resolve disputes voluntarily and pursue all avenues to do so, including mediation, when appropriate.
